Right to use boats (life jackets available to loan) and final cleaning are included in the maintenance charge.

You can drive to the cottage door and the car may stay on the driveway for the entire holiday.

The Holiday Club Pyhäniemi resort is located on a magnificent pine ridge by the clean and fish-rich Kankarinjärvi in Kihniö, North Häme / Pirkanmaa. The area has a fine beach and a playground with, among other things, an impressive two-masted pirate ship. Activities at Pyhäniemi include tennis, minigolf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, canoeing, outdoor chess… The area has excellent hiking and cycling terrain (electric-assist fatbikes are available to rent). There is also a cosy beach restaurant/bar, rentable lakeside sauna & sauna boat, gympark, playground, grilling huts, and a beauty salon.

In Kihniö you can experience nature’s peace on paths such as the Aitoneva Nature Trail or the spectacular views from Käskyvuori.

The main attraction for an active holiday is Kankarinjärvi: canoeing or boating — anglers take note! Kankarinjärvi is part of an attractive pike-perch water system. The best pike-perch spots are usually the deep open waters and their edges. A local fishing permit is included in the maintenance charge.

About an hour’s drive to, for example, the Tuurin village shop. Nearby are also several national parks, including Helvetinjärvi and Seitsemisen National Parks.

Owning a holiday week is primarily carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday property. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bedding and firewood so you can focus on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent it out or transfer the week to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and grounds maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, key service, property management, administration, etc.

Maintenance charge for 2026:

€300 per year.

The 2027 charge will be confirmed later. This year’s (2026) charge has been paid.

The buyer will have the right to use the share from week 14/2027 onwards (Fri 2 Apr 2027 - Fri 9 Apr 2027).

Check-in on Fri from 14:00 and check-out the following Fri by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 per week).
