Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the advertisement and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return.

No guarantee is given for the property. The descriptions in the advertisement are solely the seller’s assessments of the item for sale. Bidders must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts the property as is.
