A high-quality unit made by professionals in modular spaces, built to withstand wind and snow.

The accommodation is new, unfurnished.

Can be used as is, for example placed on tiles or stones, or you can make more substantial foundations underneath. The unit has transport skids in place which can be left on or removed if you make, for example, concrete foundations.

There is 12V LED lighting, which can run from a battery or you can install a separate 12V transformer if connecting to the mains.

The structure is dimensioned for load-bearing parts and therefore meets building requirements across Finland (snow loads).

Insulated with Hunton wood-fibre insulation, wind protection is Hunton windproof board and vapour barrier papers on the inside — the structures are breathable and can dry out.

The shower room floor has falls + a coin mat raised on the wall and a floor drain with the drain pipe routed outside; drainage pipes for the WC and basin are in the base. The shower walls are moisture-resistant boards (waterproofed).

The shower room can be furnished at extra cost according to the customer's wishes.

There are opening windows on the rear wall; the other windows are fixed.

The living area has moisture-resistant laminate flooring and a white-lacquered spruce panel ceiling.

Pickup from Kempele or delivery is available at extra cost by lorry. Dimensions approx. length 9.4 m, width 3.2 m, height 3.2 m (eaves c. 3.5 m, so it will pass in traffic without pilot vehicles).
