Dismantled log cottage – all parts marked, Tampere

For sale is the log building shown in the pictures, dismantled on site. The building's size is approximately [70 m²], and it is known to have been built in 1984 and 2011, but the years are not verified. The building's condition has not been fully inspected and the functionality of the structures cannot be guaranteed. This is used demolition material, not a finished building. The logs are round logs, approximately 100 mm in diameter. The building has been used as a summer cottage. The condition can be inspected before making an offer. Inspection visits must be arranged in advance.

INCLUDED IN THE SALE: During dismantling markings have been made to aid reassembly, but their accuracy or sufficiency cannot be guaranteed. Included are the windows that were in the building, removed and fixed onto pallets. Some windows are estimated to date from 2011. The roof sheets (installed approx. 2011) have been removed and stacked, and only the long sheets are marked.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE: Fixings (such as screws, nails or seals), foundations or other structures, and no assembly instructions or drawings.

CONDITION AND DISCLAIMER: During dismantling the logs, windows and sheets may show marks, scratches or minor damage. The buyer acknowledges this when making an offer and accepts the building in the condition at handover. The seller is not liable for defects discovered after dismantling. Any rot, insect damage or other structural faults have been marked where possible, but not all damage may have been found or marked. It is the buyer's responsibility to check all parts before making an offer.

MARKING METHOD: Logs have been marked with plastic or paper tags to aid reassembly. Long roof sheets have been marked by writing directly on the sheet to show where they were removed from. The buyer is responsible for ensuring markings remain during collection and transport. The seller will not reimburse lost or damaged markings after transport.

PRICE AND TERMS: The price does not include fixings. The buyer must obtain all materials needed for assembly, construction and fastening.

COLLECTION: The buyer is responsible for all transport costs and for arranging suitable transport, such as a lorry, trailer or any crane. Collection must be agreed in writing with the seller in advance. All parts must be collected at once [or during agreed visits] no later than seven (7) days from the accepted offer. If the buyer fails to collect within the agreed time the seller may charge a reasonable storage fee, up to a maximum of €500 per day.

PAYMENT TERMS: The purchase price must be paid in full before collection begins. The seller reserves the right to reject offers without explanation.

IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER: By making an offer the buyer confirms they have read and accept all the above conditions. Verbal agreements are not accepted and any changes to the terms must be agreed in writing. The seller is not responsible for defects resulting from the buyer's insufficient inspection before making an offer.
