This building can be converted by renovation into, for example, offices, work space, storage, staff facilities, etc.

The building's floor area is approx. 403 m² and it is made of 9 modular units. By adding external walls it can be divided into several buildings. One unit measures 3,800 x 12,000–14,000 mm, weight 8–13 t. Units were manufactured in 2001.

The units are sold directly from site. The buyer is responsible for dismantling, loading and transport costs.

A crane is required for loading. Parmaco will advise on dismantling the building.

All fixtures and equipment inside the units are included in the sale.

The building has been vacant and has suffered vandalism. The viewing is on Wednesday 29 April 15:00–16:00.

The building's technical systems were functioning at the time of dismantling; no guarantee is given on their operation or condition.

The building is sold as seen at the time of sale; the units have some local storage-related damage.

The buyer has no right to exchange or return. Attached plans are indicative; the seller is not responsible for their accuracy.

The building is not sold for use as a school or daycare premises.
