The bankruptcy estate of Suomen Urheiluilmailuopisto Oy is selling shares No. 1–300 of Kiinteistö Oy Lentolaakso at Lopen Räyskälä airfield, entitling the holder to a 300 square metre unit in a modern, well‑maintained hangar building owned by the property company and built in 2011. The hall, located immediately adjacent to the runways, is ideal for a variety of aviation hobbies and also for secure vehicle storage, for example. Räyskälä airfield (EFRY) is about 23 km west of Lopen municipal centre and 37 km east of Forssa town centre. Originally built as an auxiliary landing site for the Air Force, the airfield is now, among other things, the busiest gliding centre in the Nordic countries.

The maintenance charge sufficient to cover the property company’s costs is approximately €250 per month. The shares are sold free of encumbrances except for a company charge debt of up to €4,000, which the buyer assumes on completion of the sale at no additional cost.

Share certificates have not been printed; instead a temporary certificate issued at the time of incorporation will be transferred to the buyer. The temporary certificate does not include a redemption clause (cf. the articles of association).
