The time for concluding the sale will be agreed with the buyer separately after the auction ends.

The seller's sales contract will be used. The time of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer after the auction, provided the bankruptcy estate's largest creditors approve the bid.

The seller will obtain the official extracts related to the shares for the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax.
