Honkarakenne round-log cabin — accommodation/summer cottage — electrified: lights, power sockets, heater, small kitchenette and WC. The cottage is partly dismantled for transport on a swap trailer (i.e. no special permits required). The dismantled logs and cladding boards are inside the cottage. The longest logs are on top of the frame. The only thing missing is the roofing felt and its panels (the roofing felt had been nailed on, so could not be removed intact).
To my knowledge, a building permit is not required under current regulations. Drawings exist and can be provided for a permit application.
If needed I can arrange transport for an additional charge (return trip included) — €0.20 per kilometre. Transport timing to be agreed.

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.
