The property is seized and will be sold by free sale organised by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further information is provided in the sales prospectus.

Bids apply to the purchase price payable in full to the Enforcement Authority. See the sales prospectus for information on any loan shares, outstanding service charges or other liabilities or costs that the buyer will be responsible for or have to pay in order to obtain possession of the property.

Bids are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate in accordance with section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.
