Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. You can also participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. Inspection of the property

The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

Seller-provided information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The sale of real estate must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale are agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The fee of the conveyancer is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
