Seized property is sold by the enforcement authority in an online auction hosted at www.huutokaupat.com.

Bidding period: Sale ends on 25 March 2026 at 11:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property will first be offered for sale as a whole (70 shares in total), and on the following day each share series will be offered separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it exceeds the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers, covers each share series’ minimum acceptable bid. A sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority; this will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
