The property will first be offered for sale as a single lot, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is higher than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers made, covers each share series' minimum acceptable bid. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.
