Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by free sale in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com.

Offer period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 16:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted to the auction.

The property is first offered for sale as a whole, a total of 110 shares, and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is greater than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers, covers the lowest acceptable offer for each share series. A sales decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Helsinki office, address PO Box 1, 00067 Enforcement Authority, or by e‑mail to erto.helsinki.uo@oikeus.fi.
