Bidding period: The sale ends on 24 March 2026 at 12:30 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the auction.

The property is first offered as a single lot (110 shares in total) and then each share series separately. A combined offer will be accepted if it is higher than the sum of the separate offers and, when allocated to the shares in proportion to the separate offers, covers the minimum acceptable offer for each share series. The sale decision will be made on 26 March 2026.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer applies. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction.
