Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The property is sold in the condition and with the fittings shown in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. No warranties are given and it is sold “as is”. By submitting a bid the bidder accepts the property's condition as is.

Descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates only. Movable property is not included in the sale.

Viewing the property

Bidders should inspect the property before making a binding offer. We recommend an on-site inspection.

Bidding

Bids must be placed in the huutokaupat.com service by the specified deadline.

The seller is not responsible for the service provider’s system performance. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider’s system.

By placing a bid, bidders accept that their information will be disclosed to the listing contact for the purpose of accepting offers.

Withdrawal from a bid

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs incurred from the failed auction in the amount of €1,000.00.

Conclusion of sale

The time of completion will be agreed with the buyer separately after the auction ends.

The seller’s prepared sales contract will be used for the transaction.

The seller will obtain official extracts relating to the shares for the completion.

The buyer will pay the purchase price to the seller’s specified bank account at the completion meeting.

The buyer will receive ownership of the property after signing the sales contract and paying the purchase price.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax.
