Inspection of the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing of the deed. The buyer pays the notary's fee. Other statutory costs arising from the sale are also payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to conclude the sale shall, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
