Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The bidder accepts the terms of sale by placing a bid.

Inspection of the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer cannot afterwards claim a matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase is, under the Land Code, liable to compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
