Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, its documents and records. The buyer may not afterwards rely on any matter that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can reasonably be assumed to affect the sale.

Contracting the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price shall be made at the signing. The buyer shall pay the fee of the certifying official.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
