Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the terms of sale.

Inspection of the property
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, the documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the property transfer tax in accordance with the prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
