Seized property with buildings in Raunistula, Turku / Åbo, Turku

The lot is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 4 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in buyer liability for compensation under the Enforcement Code, Chapter 5, Section 25.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official deposit account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid is accepted.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the full purchase price for the payment period. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic bidding system. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the offer’s maximum amount and the object number on Huutokaupat.com to which the offer relates.

The asset has been seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code as appropriate.

Prospective buyers are urged to inspect the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot. Buyers should therefore inspect the lot before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title registration within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively at the latest when applying for title registration, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership and the deed will be handed over to the buyer only when the sale is final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
