Offers must be made by the specified deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by making an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The person making an offer accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the apartment in question and the documents and records relating to the housing company. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the preliminary inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the correctness and currency of documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares take place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not take place due to a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation.
