Viewing the property

Concluding the sale

The transfer of real estate must be carried out in the form required by the Land Code. The signing time and place of the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer is responsible for the costs of confirming the transaction.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the applicable transfer tax in accordance with current tax practices.

Withdrawal from the sale
The party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.
