The lot will be sold by timed bidding in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 28 January and 18 February 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum automatic increase bid. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The offer must be submitted no later than 16 February 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Kuopio office, address Enforcement Authority, Kuopio office, Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio or by e-mail to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.
