The property is sold by competitive bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com in an online auction held during 19 January–10 February 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system registers as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the deadline for submitting bids if necessary.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability to compensate under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid under the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates.

The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the maker of the highest accepted bid and give detailed instructions on payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be regarded as the buyer.

The property is seized and is sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer pursuant to Section 76, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
