Inspection of the property
The bidder is obliged, before bidding, to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and papers, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price is made at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are payable by the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A buyer who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the conclusion of the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
