The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the advertisement and at the time of sale. Participants in the auction are obliged to inspect the property and the documents themselves before making a binding offer. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on matters that could have been detected during a prior inspection or from the documents. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.


The buyer has no right of exchange or return. No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are only the seller's estimates of the property.


Bidders agree that their contact details may be disclosed by Huutokaupat.com to the seller to enable the sales decision and notification.

The seller's deed of sale will be used for the transaction. Ownership and possession rights to the object transfer to the buyer upon signing the deed of sale. It is also possible to participate in the auction by submitting a written binding offer to the seller's representative by 14 May 2026 at 10:00. Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

Final acceptance of an offer also requires a separate sales decision by an authorised official or body of the City of Helsinki.
