If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for the costs incurred in arranging the failed auction amounting to 4% of the purchase price excluding VAT or at least €20,000, or if the seller accepts the next highest bid, the difference between the bids if it exceeds €1,000.
The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller's designated bank account at the contract signing. The buyer acquires ownership and possession of the property after payment of the purchase price and signing of the contract.
The transaction will use a contract prepared by Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy. Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy will obtain the certificates related to the property. The contract signing time will be agreed separately with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax at the time of the transaction or must provide reliable evidence of exemption from transfer tax.
