If the seller accepts an offer, the offeror is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. By making an offer, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Viewing the property

The bidder has a duty, before making an offer, to inspect the premises, documents and records concerning the property. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been found during the pre-inspection. The Sale of Goods Act applies to the transaction.

Information provided by the seller

RE/MAX Noste warrants that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction: building manager's certificates, financial statements and other documents relating to the property are available from the property's handler.

Withdrawal from the purchase

Offers left on Huutokaupat.com are binding. If the seller accepts an offer, the offeror is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

If the buyer withdraws from the purchase, the standard compensation is at least EUR 4,000 or 4% of the agreed debt-free purchase price, whichever is greater, where the buyer is a company or other than a consumer.
