The property is sold by incremental offers in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 12 November 2025 and 07 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting offers is 07 December 2025 at 18:00, or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The enforced object is sold by a procedure conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Online bids submitted are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the agreed purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is subject to an unregistered right of use recorded by Teboil Oy and is offered for sale by alternative offers under section 58, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The property is offered on the condition that the right of use remains in force in the sale; object number 5877432, and on the condition that the right of use does not remain in force in the sale; object number 5877597.

If a higher bid is made in which the property is sold without the right of use, the third party holding that right may preserve it by paying the difference between the two bids (but no more than the portion due to a creditor with prior priority). If the right‑holder pays the difference, the highest acceptable bid will be the highest bid for object number 5877432 (sale with the right retained). If the right‑holder does not pay the difference, the highest acceptable bid will be the highest bid for object number 5877597 (sale without the right).

The right‑holder is granted the opportunity to pay the bid difference (but no more than the part due to a creditor with prior priority). The payment deadline is nine days from the date of the enforcement authority’s written request. After this period the enforcement authority will have definitive information on which bid can be accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer; it will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment feature. The written bid must be submitted no later than 03 December 2025 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
