The property is sold by incremental bidding in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 12 November 2025 and 7 December 2025. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 December 2025 at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 12 November 2025 to 7 December 2025 at 19:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether the highest bid shall be accepted or rejected.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system functionality. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is subject to an unregistered right of use recorded by Teboil Oy and is offered for sale with alternative bids in accordance with section 58, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code. The property is offered on the condition that the right of use is retained in the sale; lot number 5877432, and on the condition that the right of use is not retained in the sale; lot number 5877597.

If a higher bid is made that would sell the property without retaining the right of use, the third party holding that right may retain it by paying the difference between the two bids mentioned above (but at most the part that belongs to the claim with higher priority), in which case the acceptable bid will be the highest bid for lot number 5877432, i.e. the auction in which the property is sold with the right of use retained. If the rights holder does not pay the difference, the acceptable bid will be the highest bid for lot number 5877597, i.e. the auction in which the property is sold without the right of use.

The holder of the right of use is granted the opportunity to pay the bid difference (but at most the part that belongs to the claim with higher priority). The deadline for payment is 9 days from the date of the enforcement authority’s written request. After this date the enforcement authority will in any event know which of the offers can be accepted.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 3 December 2025 at 12:00 to the address Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
