The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s estimates only. Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy (SKVL member) and the buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property and the related marketing material before making a binding offer. Bidders must review the property as presented by Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the property in the condition observed at the time of inspection. Bids must be submitted through the Huutokauppa.com service by the specified deadline.

The highest bidder commits to submitting a written purchase offer through Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys once the auction ends.

A bid made in the auction is not yet a binding offer. After the auction ends, a broker from Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy will contact the highest bidder to prepare a written offer and complete the sales process.

If a bidder withdraws from an accepted bid, they must compensate the seller for costs caused by the failed auction equal to 4% of the purchase price excluding debt, or at least €20,000, or — if the seller accepts the next highest bid — the difference between the bids if that difference exceeds €1,000.

The buyer shall pay the purchase price to the seller’s nominated bank account at the signing of the deed. Ownership and possession are transferred after payment of the purchase price and signing of the deed.

The sale will use the sales contract prepared by Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy. Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy will obtain the certificates related to the property. The signing date of the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax at the signing or must provide reliable proof of transfer tax exemption.

Pirkanmaan Laatuvälitys Oy (SKVL member) is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider’s system. By placing a bid via the huutokaupat.com service, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

All bids will be recorded publicly in the property listing.
