Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the specified time. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, its documents and records. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during a prior inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.
Concluding the sale
The sale of the property must be concluded in the form prescribed by the Code of Real Estate. The date and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion of the sale. The fee of the public purchase witness is paid equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax rules in force at the time.
Withdrawal from the sale
Under the Code of Real Estate, a party that refuses to conclude the sale must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, viewing the property and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
