Mercedes-Benz E, 2010, Helsinki

A well-equipped Mercedes E-Class. The car requires some work, but with a little effort it could still make a very good and comfortable daily driver.

Driving feel: The car feels excellent to drive and the mechanicals appear to work well. The gearbox changes smoothly and the engine still pulls well.

The service book has been lost over time, so there is no certainty or documentation regarding completed servicing. The last owner said they had serviced the car themselves (there is no documentation for this).

Known faults and notes (Sold for repair):

The car is being sold for repair for the following reasons:

• Inspection: The car has not currently passed its roadworthiness inspection.

• Windscreen: The windscreen is cracked.

• Coolant: The dashboard requests that coolant be added. (We have not investigated further whether this is due to a leak or whether simply topping up the coolant is sufficient.)

• Tyres: The summer tyres are in poor condition, and some studs have come out of the winter tyres.

Equipment (Everything a Mercedes should have):

• Finnish-market car

• Leather seats with partial electric adjustment

• Xenon headlights

• Cruise control

• Automatic climate control

• Heated seats

• Engine block heater

• Two sets of alloy wheels

• Radio

• AUX

We have not carried out a technical condition inspection of the car, nor tested that all equipment is working. The car may have hidden faults that we did not notice during the test drive and inspection of the vehicle.
