The tyre tread is not impressive. The winter tyres have tread remaining, but some studs are missing.


Based on the test drive, the car works properly in all respects. Used as the previous owner's daily vehicle for approximately 10 years. A well-maintained and repaired car. Typical wear and signs of use on the exterior considering its age and mileage. The interior is in very clean and functional condition. The vehicle's previous owner has stated that the instrument cluster has been replaced and the current mileage is incorrect by approximately 20,000 km. The mileage was 466,003 km at the inspection on 29 December 2023 and 445,468 km at the inspection on 2 January 2025. Two sets of tyres and wheels included.


The engine, EGR, turbochargers and mechatronics have all been replaced during the vehicle's lifetime. Entries can be found in the service book/receipts. EGR cooler replaced with 03L 115 512D.

Defects and other observations

During the test drive, we made the following observations:

  • A second DPF filter is included; it is not known why. It is uncertain whether the current filter is faulty or emptied. It apparently previously triggered a DPF warning light, but the fault seems to have been rectified simply by replacing the sensor. The car has occasionally produced heavy smoke. The smoke may be related to DPF regeneration. No smoke was observed during the test drives carried out now.

  • The engine bay is oily. More than a litre of oil had to be added – it may consume more oil than the manufacturer's limit values.

  • During harder acceleration on the test drive, the throttle response was unusual and jerky. There has apparently been an issue with the accelerator pedal, and the vehicle has occasionally gone into limp mode. Fault codes P2122 and P2138 have been recorded.


The vehicle has been test-driven and fluid levels checked before sale. No separate technical condition inspection has been carried out.
