The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 25.09.2026 and 18.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18.10.2026 at 18:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the bidding automation. The written offer must be signed and must state the offerer's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 15.10.2026 at 12:00 to the Hämeenlinna office of the Enforcement Authority, address Arvi Kariston katu 5, 4th floor, 13100 Hämeenlinna, or by email to hameenlinna.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sales period.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid made is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If the highest bid is accepted, the purchase price must be paid immediately after acceptance of the bid into the enforcement authority's official funds account. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

The Enforcement Authority will contact the person who made the highest accepted bid. The highest bidder must state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise, the highest bidder will be deemed to be the buyer.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
