The property is sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 9 November 2026 at 13:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid accepted as the highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a bid through Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid under the automatic bidding system. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

However, the enforcement officer may not accept the highest bid if, in the officer’s assessment, the bid is clearly below the property’s fair market value in the locality.

Payment terms:

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. The Enforcement Authority will contact the bidder whose highest bid has been accepted. A payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the balance of the purchase price, if necessary. The use of a payment period must be agreed separately. If a payment period is used, annual interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act must be paid on the entire purchase price for the agreed period, from the date of sale until the end of the payment period. The interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.5%.

Other information:
The property has been seized and is sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to inspect the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents carefully. The sales prospectus is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the property. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making a bid.

The buyer is liable to pay transfer tax of 1.5%. The tax is calculated on the total amount of the purchase price and the obligations assumed by the buyer, based on the date on which ownership is transferred.

The buyer will acquire ownership of the shares, and the deed of sale will be handed over to the buyer, only once the sale decision has become final and the purchase price and transfer tax have been paid in full.
