Here is a spacious and comfortable 21 m² sauna cabin, fully finished and ready to use! - You can go straight in and enjoy the sauna.

The building is electrified and insulated, so it is suitable for year-round use! NOTE! No building permit required!

The building is versatile thanks to the spacious living room; if needed, there is also room for overnight guests or remote work. Suitable for many needs and life situations, for a cottage plot or the yard of a detached house - only your imagination is the limit!

This building is on display in the new exhibition yard area in Vantaa at Martinkyläntie 45, 01720 Vantaa. Welcome to visit in person.

This building has been used as a display model, so there are minor signs of use.

We manufacture our buildings in central Finland at Hirvaskangas by local carpenters and deliver throughout Finland.

We customise each building to suit your dreams and needs, manufacture it to a high standard and deliver it to the agreed schedule.

All our buildings are also available with a log-frame structure.

If you wish, we can also provide the following:

- Demolition and recycling of old buildings to a waste processing facility.

- Earthworks and foundations

- Site electrical work

- Felling of yard trees to make way for the cabin/delivery.

- If needed, we will apply for the building permit on your behalf. (Under 30 m² does not require a building permit if the plot has available building rights.)

About the building:

• Fully electrified: incl. sockets, space for ceiling light, sauna LED lighting and outdoor lighting.

• Lockable high-quality front door.

• Three landscape windows. Sauna has a ventilation window 590 x 590.

• Paroc mineral wool insulation 120 mm in walls and roof, living room has vapour barrier film + 22 mm ventilation under the panel, sauna has aluminium foil + 22 mm ventilation under the panel.

• 70 mm Finfoam insulation in the floor.

• Exterior cladding 23 x 145 UTW, factory-painted black.

• Pax - fully automatic exhaust fan with humidity sensor, to dry the living room after sauna use

• Wooden tongue-and-groove floorboards!

• L-shaped benches in heat-treated alder!

• Sauna interior panelling in stylish heat-treated pine.

• Stylish black Arvolista interior wall panel in the living room.

• Installed Harvia Pro 20 stove with water tank, and Jeremias chimney package.

• 110 mm floor drain in the sauna.

• External dimensions: 2.74 m x 7.54 m, height: 2.86 m
