Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer that the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.
Inspection of the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property in question, the documents and the paperwork. The buyer may not afterwards invoke any matter that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be assumed to affect the transaction.
Conclusion of the sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Finnish Land Code. The time and place of signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness shall be paid equally by the seller and the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.
Withdrawal from the sale
The party refusing to complete the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
