The item will be sold by ascending bid in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 17.9.-12.10.2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 12.10.2026 at 10:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the lot number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. A written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 9.10.2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after acceptance of the bid, pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account.

If the buyer who made the accepted bid fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder may be liable for the costs of a new sale and any difference in price under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the prescribed time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, annual default interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the bailiff, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code applied as applicable. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a complete description of the item for sale. The shipping container will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing took place, once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the enforcement senior inspector handling the matter.

The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, move the shipping container acquired at the agreed handover time.

Buyers are advised to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before placing a bid.
