Terms of Sale
The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.
The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.
Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. You may also participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale when submitting the bid.
Viewing the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, the documents and the paperwork. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.
Information provided by the seller
The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and which can be assumed to affect the sale.
Conclusion of sale
The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed in the Land Code. The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing. The fee of the conveyance witness is paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.
Other costs
The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.
Withdrawal from the sale
Under the Land Code, a party who refuses to complete the sale must compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary actions related to the sale.
