The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been reviewed by an inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before submitting a bid. The buyer may not afterwards invoke a matter that could have been observed in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Before bidding, always check all matters related to the purchase decision, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax-, registration- and inspection-related information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT applies for collection after the deadline.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before submitting a bid.
