The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the www.huutokaupat.com website from 17/09/2026 to 12/10/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12/10/2026 at 10:00, or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price immediately. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the bidding automation. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid, and the item number on the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same terms apply as in the online auction. The bid must be submitted no later than 9/10/2026 at 10:00 to the Kouvola office of the Enforcement Authority, address Vuorikatu 1, 45100 Kouvola, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The person making the highest bid must immediately after the bid has been accepted pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority’s official funds account.

If the buyer who made the accepted bid fails to pay the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority, the bidder may be liable for the costs of a new sale and any difference in price pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment has not been made within the prescribed time, i.e. immediately after acceptance of the bid, default interest in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act will be charged.

The property has been seized and is sold by free sale carried out by the enforcement officer, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code applied as appropriate. The sales brochure is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the item for sale. The shipping container will be handed over to the buyer at the address where the viewing was held once the full purchase price has been paid. The handover time must be agreed with the senior enforcement officer handling the matter.

The buyer must, at their own expense and risk, move the shipping container acquired at the agreed handover time.

Buyers are advised to carefully inspect the item for sale, the sales brochure and the attached documents before making a bid.
