Lean-to shelter, Utsjoki

The bankruptcy estate is selling the lean-to shelter shown in the pictures.

The shelter has a covered seating area, benches along the sides and a fire pit in the middle. It is suitable, for example, for a cottage, a forest plot or other leisure use.

Please note: The shelter is currently located on land owned by a private individual, and the land is not included in the sale. The buyer is responsible for detaching the shelter, any dismantling, transport and all costs and arrangements related to this. The shelter must be removed in its entirety from its current location at the buyer's expense no later than week 43/2026. The item must be paid for before collection.

The shelter is sold by the bankruptcy estate in its current condition and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has the opportunity to inspect the item before the sale at a separately agreed time.

The shelter is located in Utsjoki.

The seller accepts no responsibility for the shelter's condition, functionality, defects or shortcomings. The seller has not inspected the shelter's condition.

Any bids placed are binding. The party with the highest bid must pay the full purchase price to the bankruptcy estate's bank account without delay, and no later than two (2) days after the highest bid has been accepted. If the highest bid is not paid within two (2) days of acceptance, the highest bidder will be charged for the winning bid, the listing fee charged by Huutokaupat.com and collection costs.
