Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting an offer to the seller on site. The seller and the buyer undertake to enter all bids into the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke any matter that could have been discovered during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and reasonably assumed to affect the transaction.

Concluding the sale

The time and place of signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the closing meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at the time.

Withdrawing from the sale

A party who refuses to proceed with the sale must, on the basis of the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs caused by advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
