The seller has photographed the property for the sales listing. • 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the collection period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the bid price, as well as any agent’s and collection costs, in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before making an offer.
