Bids must be submitted by the stated time. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection of the item

Before submitting a bid, the bidder has the opportunity to inspect the item being offered at a time agreed with the seller. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.


Concluding the sale

The purchase price will be paid by invoice, which must be paid before collection.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the costs of dismantling the building and removing it from the site.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to conclude the sale must compensate the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising and other necessary measures related to concluding the sale.
