• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt collection costs in full, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
