• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
