• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the product in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been detected in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-delinquent vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An additional fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and debt collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and conditions and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
