• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within a week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A charge of €50 / day + VAT will be applied for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge in full any difference between the lower price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
