The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer cannot later invoke any matter that could have been discovered during a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before making a purchase decision. Please always check all matters related to the purchase before deciding, including e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details from the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will be transferred in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any extra collection time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
